Arrival

You’ll be collected from the airport (or hotel).
Accommodation before the tour departs can be arranged for extra cost.

Day 1: Arusha to Lake Manyara

Game drive. Afternoon transfer to our private bush camp beside Lake Eyasi.

Day 2: Lake Eyasi

Extensive all-day tuition in survival skills; to include own weapon and shelter making and hunting technique.

Day 3: Lake Eyasi – Serengeti

Extensive all-day tuition in survival skills; to include own weapon and shelter making and hunting technique.

Day 4: Serengeti – Ngorongoro crater (Distance: 190km)

Morning game drive in Serengeti. Afternoon transfer to Ngorongoro Crater rim.

Day 5: Ngorongoro crater – Lake Natron

Descend into Ngorongoro Crater for game drive. Afternoon transfer to Lake Natron area. Early evening sleep.

Day 6: Lake Natron – Arusha

Night ascent & dawn summit bid, Oldoinyo Lengai (seismic conditions permitting). Optional waterfall hike and swim. Afternoon return to Arusha.
